Band was great, sound needed improvement
Overall the show was really good. The band played a great mix of songs from their catalog. I didn't even realize Tom wasn't playing until Rick announced it. While the band was tight, the sound was lacking. The vocals just didn't cut through the mix and that's unfortunate because Robin can still sing. It's like the vocals were mixed like a background instrument. I though it would get better after the first few songs, but the sound guy didn't make any attempt. It was kind of a thick mix with not much dynamics. My only other quips were that the arrangement for Dream Police was a bit lazy and I would have like them to play just a bit longer. But all in all a decent show.
